Once you have submitted your request, one of our appointment schedulers will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your appointment details.

If you are an existing patient and wish to schedule a new appointment, we encourage you to do so via your online patient portal.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

When preparing for your first appointment at My Buoyant Health, there are a few key items to consider bringing along to ensure a smooth and seamless experience. These items include:

What should I do if I have to cancel my appointment?

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. If you find yourself needing to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This courtesy allows us to accommodate other patients who are eager to receive care.

We ask that new patients call our office directly to make cancellations. If you are an existing patient, we encourage you to use your online patient portal to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Our providers are dedicated to ensuring you have a seamless experience at our practice and ensure messages are promptly answered within 48-72 hours.

Should you have an urgent medical need, please contact emergency services at 911 immediately.

I’m having trouble setting up my patient portal. Who do I contact for help?

If you encounter any difficulties during the setup process, please do not hesitate to contact our office for support. What should I do if I need to refill my prescription?

At My Buoyant Health, prescriptions and refills for our established patients are generally managed during your regularly scheduled appointments. However, if you encounter any issues with your pharmacy, need prior authorization, or have concerns about your refills, please send us a message through your patient portal or the Healow app.

We are committed to addressing your requests as quickly as possible but ask that you kindly allow up to 72 hours for a response. Your health and well-being are our top priorities.

Will my insurance cover my visits?

At My Buoyant Health, we accept coverage from Medicare and most major insurance plans to ensure accessible care for our patients. To confirm whether your specific plan is accepted, we encourage you to contact your insurance company directly or call our office at (602) 510-6582.

Please take note that if your insurance plan requires a co-payment, co-insurance, or deductible, these will need to be settled at the time of your visit, and for your convenience, payments can be made online.
